PLAY PARK PROPOSALS FOR LOCHORE MEADOWS COUNTRY PARK
The Community Council is very supportive of the idea for a new play park area within Lochore Meadows Country Park, or an extension to the current playpark area, and very enthusiastic about the facilities proposed. Like the general public who have commented on the proposals the Community Council does not wish the new play park to encroach on traditionally used areas and put at risk long running and successful events such as the Children’s Gala, Pipe Band competition and Rockore, all of which do a lot for the local community .
