At the most recent meeting Benarty Community Council decided to suggest the name Willie Clarke Street for the new housing development south of New Flockhouse, Lochore, planning reference: 22/01713/FULL. A street named after the late Willie Clarke was the most popular option from consultation responses and Community Councillors. After initial pause Fife Council agreed to put the suggestion forward to the elected Ward Councillors.
