Chair Welcome
Chair welcomed all to the meeting.

Declaration of Interests
There were no declarations of interest.
Minutes of the Previous Meeting
The minutes of the previous meeting were read. They were proposed by Charlotte Howe, and seconded by Jack Colquhoun.
Matters Arising
It was noted there was no response from Bay Travel and ask again for the information. The Logo is still ongoing but it was decided to look for some suggestions and for it to be put on the AGM Agenda for a final decision. ICO registration was complete.
Police Report
The Police report had been emailed, and had been circulated to Community Councillors.
Reports
St Kenneth’s started the Friday afternoon workshop for parents to come together with different subjects discussed. A Sports Day will be held at Lochore Meadows. The Schools are winding down for the holidays. Benarty Primary had inspectors at the school and hopefully all will be fine. Treasurer noted that ICO registration was complete and paid for and would be reclaimed from Fife Council. There was a payment from the Forum for an advert in the Newsletter. Issue 6 went quickly and issue 7 is being prepared. Treasurer also attended the Cowdenbeath Area Funding meeting to talk about the Local Place Plan and it was a good meeting with a lot of good contacts made, hopefully for practical and financial help with projects. A community Orchard in Benarty was discussed. Both Secretary and Treasurer attended the EGL4 link presentation at the Centre and on the whole found it positive. Secretary reminded the Community Council of the walkabout re the flooding in Benarty. Secretary also noted the online meeting with Fife Councils. Elie and Earlsferry during that meeting had requested support from other Community Councils and Benarty Community Council agreed a letter of support. It was also agreed to follow up with Bay Travel again, and Cllr Erskine and the Community Council agreed to continue the complaint with the Energy Consents Unit in regard to there being no Environmental Impact Assessment for the area where the Battery Storage Facility is proposed.
Local Place Plan
There was discussion and debate about details of the place plan and matters were decided for the draft to be put out to public consultation. It would then be revised and completed, put into the document template and submitted to Fife Council before the deadline.
Open Forum, Any other Competent Business
Marjory and Tom raised the issue of Lochore Meadows being stocked with Brown fish, although they were aware of issue with fishing. It was noted this was more of an issue which could be dealt with by Friends of Lochore Meadows and contact details were given.
Chair thanked everyone, noted the time and date of the next meeting with the AGM immediately prior to the meeting, and closed the public part of the meeting.

£250 was agreed for Lochgelly High School
